As we approach The Community Tap's sixth and final Craft Beer Festival, we could not help but look back at our own coverage of the craft beer industry over the years. The Upstate brewing community has grown exponentially since edible Upcountry first went to print and it has been a absolute joy to watch it become what it has today. Craft brewers are an integral part of the local food system and we love to see them working together, using local ingredients, and being as creative in the brewhouse as our favorite chefs are in the kitchen. It has been an honor to share the stories on this page and we look forward to telling many more in the years to come.
