Book & A Beer

M. Judson is bringing together a couple of their favorite pastimes for a laid-back approach to a literary happy hour. Book and a Beer pairs up authors talking about their books and their favorite beer guy, Brett Barest, talking about a new beer. We’re pretty sure these stories are going to complement each other.

Kicking things off this summer is Ace Atkins with the latest installment from his Quinn Colson series, The Sinners. Anybody who loves Sturgill Simpson, the Smokey and the Bandit movies, or just darn good crime novels needs to make sure they get there. And besides being a prolific writer under his own name, half of the team behind Robert B. Parker’s Spenser franchise, and once-upon-a-time player for the Auburn University football team, Ace is a big beer fan.
