Bovinoche

Bovinoche is a whole cow roast and open fire event with great music by Tru South and other bands as seen on Food Network, Cooking Channel, Destination America and Travel Channel. Only 250 tickets will be sold so don't wait to get tickets at the event. This year's Bovinoche will feature special appearance by History Channels Jason Redick, Chef Steven Goff, Chef Kristian Niemi and Pitmaster Jack Waibor
