Fresh apples are coming in and Carolina Bauernhaus's variety of aged, fruited and blended ciders are ready for release. Try all four of their haus-made ciders using regional and seasonal ingredients. All of their ciders use 100% local apples from Chattooga Belle Farm and are fermented with other locally sourced fruits, yeast, honey and aged in local wine barrels to boot.

Mirabelle ~ 5.7% abv Barrel aged Cider with blackberries and basil

Suckle ~ 5.6% abv Farmhouse cider fermented using honeysuckle derived yeast and aged in Merlot barrel.

Mayhaw ~ 5.7% abv Oak aged dry cider with locally foraged mayhaw fruit

Commons ~ 5.5% abv fresh, unfiltered farmhouse cider - our base Cider that consists of only two ingredients:
1) fresh pressed juice
2) N1-native strong ale yeast from @SouthYeastLabs. No sugar added!!!

Lost in the Trees will be kicking off the music at 8pm

Don't delay because they only have a few kegs of each of these ciders to share and a likely chance of a limited bottle release available for purchase to the first few patrons of the day.
