Grilled Cheese Party with Mobile Meltdown
Dreams do come true - a Gourmet Grilled Cheese Truck is coming! Join The Community Tap for a special "Grilled Cheese Party" featuring Mobile Meltdown Food Truck. They can't wait to introduce themselves to the community and serve up a variety of grilled cheese sandwiches, including gluten-free and vegan options.
Choices include:
Minor Meltdown: American cheese served between 2 slices of freshly baked white bread w/ your choice of side
Major Meltdown: Gouda, Havarti and Dubliner cheddar served between 2 slices of freshly baked white bread w/ your choice of side
It’s All Butter Now: Soft, buttery brie and crispy bacon pressed on a butter croissant and drizzled with a raspberry reduction glaze. Served w/ your choice of side
The Rain In Spain: Sliced Spanish Chorizo Iberico paired with Manchego and parmesan and complimented with minced jalapeno and roasted red peppers. Pressed on French baguette w/ your choice of side
Vegan Eat It Too: Mediterranean cashew cheese, roasted red peppers, asparagus, portabella mushroom slices, shoestring carrots and organic greens drizzled with a balsamic glaze and served on vegan sourdough bread w/ your choice of side
Sides: choice of tomato basil bisque, apple slices, house chips and house baked tater tots.
Tickets for a party plate (1 grilled cheese + 1 side) can be reserved on Eventbrite, with payments made in person on the day of the event.
