Slow Food Snout to Tail
Join Slow Food Upstate's Renato Vicario and Walker Century Farm for a class in charcuterie. This class will examine the entire pig, from snout to tail and demonstrate how to use the entire animal. Tickets are on sale now and are $100 if purchased before January 10.
