Slow Food Upstate/The Mediterranean Corner - Tapas Class
Learn about Spanish culture and cooking at this hands-on tapas class and dinner. Class starts at the dinner table with wine and a few rounds of "welcome tapas", then continues in the kitchen with hands-on cooking and more tapas and a dessert. Not only will you learn how to prepare several tapas, but you will also learn the origins of the ingredients, the history of tapas, and about the tapas lifestyle.

Tortilla (Spanish Potato and Onion Omelette)
Pan Con Tomate (Tomato Bread)
Marcona Almonds, Browned in Olive Oil and Finished With Sea Salt
