Upcountry Provisions Artisan Pizza Class

Upcountry Provisions wants you to have fun this Valentine season, maybe learn something new, and enjoy a night together as a couple or group. Sign up for one of our Valentines classes online or by calling the restaurant. Wherever you are, whoever you're with, and whatever you do plan for a great Valentine's Day!

In one class, you will learn the techniques to mix, toss, shape, top, and bake crusty artisan pizza. You admission includes pizza, salad, bakery dessert, recipes, and champagne.

Your other option is to join them for an evening of Chocolate Making with Pastry Chef Christy Passannante. Admission includes tapas,  champagne, and recipes. Suggested pairings and cash bar available at additional charge.
