Whole Cow Butchering Class
Students will spend between 4-5 hours (lunch included) in the Greenbrier Farms DHEC certified kitchen. They will provide one of their grass fed/grass finished cows for the class. Tools and techniques will be covered as they portion the animal into cuts including steaks, roasts, ribs, ground beef and a variety of other cuts. Students will take home their share of the animal they have had the opportunity to break down. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up.
