Greek-Style Pasta Salad

This recipe from Lisa Garland of Stomping Grounds Coffee House and Wine Bar in Greer calls for bottled Greek dressing. We like the old-school flavor of Girard’s, which comes in a pyramid-shaped bottle. But if you’ve got the time, you can make your own: whisk together 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon oregano and season with salt and pepper to taste.
