Healthy Baked Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • ¼ teaspoon powdered cloves

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bag. Add 4-5 chicken breasts and refrigerate overnight. Bake chicken at 350° for about 30 minutes.
