As much as my husband and I love to cook, sometimes we’d rather take it easy. Our most frequent “instant” grocery store dinner is a loaf of good bread with accoutrements like local cheese, dry salami, olives, and slice-it-eat-it produce. When we want both easy and special, we step it up a notch with recipes like the ones below. The ingredients gathered for these recipes were inspired by and purchased from Hub City Food Co-op.
