- 1 ½ ounces citrusy gin, like Highwire Distilling’s
- Hat Trick Botanical Gin from Charleston
- ¾ ounces Mystic Dragon Tea Syrup
- ½ ounce Campari
- 6-7 dashes rhubarb bitters
- Club Soda
In a mixing tin filled with ice, combine gin, syrup, Campari and bitters, and shake hard.
Strain into fancy vintage soda fountain glass filled with fresh ice. Top with cold club soda to fill and stir well. Garnish with rhubarb spear and paper straw.
