- 4 ounces feta cheese
- 2 large basil leaves, minced
- 1 teaspoon sundried tomatoes in olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Nick’s Hickory
- Smoked Olive Oil
Mix all ingredients by hand or for a smoother texture, pulse in a food processor. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers, figs or bread.
