- 2 ounces Hendrick’s Gin
- 3 ounces New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 teaspoon light agave nectar
- 3 ounces club soda, to top
- Flaked Sea Salt
- Lime wheel to garnish
In mixing glass filled with ice, add gin, wine, bitters and agave nectar. Cap and shake well. Strain into ice-filled pint glass. Top with club soda and stir to mix. Garnish with a light sprinkle of sea salt and a lime wheel.
