- 3-4 peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice, or cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Nick’s Hickory Smoked
- Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
- Vanilla yogurt or ice cream
Sprinkle peaches with pumpkin spice and Nick’s Hickory Smoked Olive Oil.
Melt butter in sauté pan or iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add peaches, and sauté until softened and caramelized in spots, about 2 minutes. Divide peaches into serving bowls and top with a dollop of yogurt or scoop of ice cream.
