Summa Joe’s in Anderson offers an ever-changing selection of daily specials made with the freshest local ingredients available. One thing we hope never changes is their Coastal Shrimp Cakes, topped with a cool lemon caper sauce, red peppers and chives. We’ve been making these since we nabbed the recipe in our Spring 2012 article about SummaJoe’s relationship with Polecat Farms.
