Swamp Rabbit Cafe and the South Carolina Organization for Organic Living (SCOOL) invite you to join them for a fundraiser for Greenville Tech's Sustainable Agriculture Program. Upstate farmers will be paired with local chefs to create small plates for attendees to enjoy while mingling in the new event space at Swamp Rabbit Cafe. This is a great opportunity to get to know the men and women that serve as the backbone of our local food system while supporting a great program in the process.

Participants include Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery, Farm Fresh Fast, Upcountry Provisions, The Anchorage, GB&D, Stella's Southern Bistro, Sharon Hill Farm, Reedy River Farms, Mushroom Mountain, Blue Ridge Creamery, Providence Farm, Broken Oak Organics, Historic Hopkins Farm, Bio-Way Farm, Valhalla Gardens, Crescent Farm, Bethel Trails Farm, Forx Farm, Possum Kingdom Kreamery, Oak Hill Café High Valley Farm, and a few other farms yet to be determined.  Bob and Amy Buckingham will be playing bluegrass music from 5:30 – 6:30.

Tickets can be purchased at https://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/3369975 .  Please contact Rebecca McKinney, Academic Program Director for Sustainable Agriculture at Greenville Tech, with any questions: rebecca.mckinney@gvltec.edu
