Slow Food Upstate Earth Market

What is an Earth Market? Earth Markets are community farmers markets run by the ideals of Slow Food.  These markets allow producers and artisans to provide good quality, environmentally sustainable, and fairly priced items to consumers.  In addition, consumers have the opportunity to learn through educational opportunities how to preserve their local food culture and biodiversity.
