Easy and Tasty Grilled Okra

You can do this recipe with any seasoning you choose… this is just my favorite. Don’t trim the okra… it is perfect as it is! You can put baked potatoes on the top rack of your grill (coated with oil, salt and pepper) to crisp, and cook your favorite protein below. When you remove the protein to rest, the okra is ready to go.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 4-6 Serving(s)
  • 2-3 pounds whole okra pods
  • 2-3 tablespoons Cajun blackening seasoning
  • 1-2 tablespoons canola oil

Instructions

Preheat your grill. Toss the okra with the oil and then the seasoning. Grill your okra. It’s like a hotdog… a little darker is better.
