Ingredients

- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated white cheddar cheese
- ½ cup goat cheese, softened
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup Dukes mayonnaise
- 1 jalapeno, roasted and seeds removed, finely chopped
- 4 ounces roasted red pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
In a stand mixer add all ingredients and mix on low speed until fully incorporated. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crackers or toast.
