Totally New York style, from the best bagel shop in the Upstate— fresh rye bread (not grilled), kraut, zingy dressing and hot, lean corn beef in meaty slices. Served with a half-sour pickle, a green tomato, and one of Greenfield’s fabulous side salads: we like the citrusy Quinoa.
